The packages with everything you’ll need:
8 hour Meetings network package
- Tea and coffees on arrival to make sure that you have the best start to the day

- Morning an d afternoon breaks with tea, coffee, fresh fruit, biscuits and/or pastries.
- Lunch – choose from 3 course buffet, Quick Bites (our 30 minute lunch), or ‘Food for Thought’ (our healthy option)
- 2 soft drinks or mineral water per delegate
- Our Meetings Survival stationery kit
- Flip charts, screen and OHP
- Confectionery
The right equipment will be ready and waiting. We’ll give help and advice to make sure your meeting room’s equipped with everything you need.
24 hour meetings network package:
This includes all the above, plus dinner, accommodation, the great Holiday Inn Breakfast and optional Breakfast check out. Accompanying partners stay free.

- Before the event: Holiday Inn Norwich - North will respond to your enquiry within 2 hours and you’ll have a proposal the next working day. You’ll be assigned your own meeting host prior to your arrival who will reconfirm all details with you.
- On arrival: Your host will be expecting you, will confirm your agenda and show you your facilities and equipment. Your meeting room will be ready at least one hour before your event is due to start.
- During the event: Holiday Inn Norwich - North will do all they can to make sure you have a trouble free meeting. During the event you’ll have direct communication with your meeting host and an agreed messaging service that ensures prompt attention and minimum disruption. As the organiser, you’ll receive preferential treatment throughout, including an opportunity to review your invoice prior to departure to make sure everything’s in order. You’ll, also benefit from late checkout on day of departure.
- Feedback: Holiday Inn Norwich - North welcomes your comments, so your meeting host will ask for your feedback at the end of the event. They are always looking to improve their high quality and service standards to ensure you return again and again.
