Lancaster Suite
The Lancaster Suite is the jewel in the crown of the Holiday Inn Norwich - North. A unique room, with its own entrance, cloakroom, restrooms, stage, lighting, PA system and bar, it is the only venue in Norwich capable of accommodating over 400 guests for a dinner dance, and 500 delegates theatre style. With its grand high ceilings and dedicated team on hand to assist throughout your event, it is the perfect venue for any large function.

The Halifax Suite
Accommodating up to 150 theatre style or 120 for a dinner dance, this self-contained suite boasts its own conservatory area, rest rooms, air conditioning, bar, dance floor, and hearing Loop. With built-in sliding partition walls, the suite can also be divided into two smaller function rooms, the Spitfire and Dakota rooms, which offer even greater diversity for your event.

The Wallbro Suite
The Wallbro Suite can accommodate up to 140 theatre style, 90 for a dinner dance and 130 for a cocktail reception and boasts a separate dedicated break-out area with built-in bar, ideal for registration or drinks receptions. With air-conditioning, dance floor and natural light, this room also has built-in partition walls, making it possible to divide the suite into three smaller rooms, each with their own entrance – the Liberator, the Hurricane and the Wellington rooms.

The Boardroom
Located on the second floor, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Reception, the Boardroom offers complete privacy for your event. Accommodating up to 16 boardroom style, this room is air conditioned and boasts an ISDN line ideal for video conferencing.
