Children and families

Children of all ages are welcome. A limited number of family rooms are available. Children up to the age of 12 are free when sharing their parents room. Meals are charged as follows

Children under the age of 5 years are free, (on the basis that they are sharing their parents room)

Children aged 12 years and under eat free when sharing their parents room.
 

Children aged 13 and over are charged full adult price.

Cots and high chairs are always available free of charge.

Fax and photocopying facilities are available at Reception. The hotel also has a guest computer in the Lounge Bar, with high-speed internet access & printing.

The hotel boasts 7 private function rooms, including the Lancaster Suite, which can cater for up to 500 guests theatre style and 450 guests seated for a banquet.

Triangle Health Club is complimentary to all hotel guests and is open from 6.30 am until 10.00 pm. The hotel regrets that it does not have wheelchair access to the gymnasium.

The Concorde Restaurant  serves breakfast lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The restaurant offers a carvery lunch and dinner at the weekends.

Smoking

To comply with regulations smoking is not permitted in the public areas of the hotel and is only permitted in the designated smoking guestrooms we offer.

Special diets

The hotel caters for most special diets, but advance notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available at all times in the lounge, restaurant & room service.
