Children and families

Children of all ages are welcome. A limited number of family rooms are available. Children up to the age of 16 are free when sharing their parents room. Meals are charged as follows

Meals-
Children under the age of 5 years are free, (on the basis that they are sharing their parents room)

Children aged 12 years and under are entitled to half price meals.

Children aged 13 and over are charged full adult price.

Cots and high chairs are always available free of charge.

Communications – email, fax, modem & facilities

Fax and photocopying facilities are available at Reception. The hotel also has a Business Centre in the Lounge Bar, with high-speed internet access & printing.

Currency and credit cards accepted

The hotel accepts £ sterling and travellers cheques as well as all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch, JCB. As of 25 June 2008 we will no longer accept payment by cheque.

Disabled

Accessible rooms are available for guests and the public areas are all fully accessible. The hotel regrets that it does not have wheelchair access to the gymnasium

The hotel boasts 7 private function rooms, including the Lancaster Suite, which can cater for up to 500 guests theatre style.

Health Club

Triangle Health Club is complimentary to all hotel guests, and has a fully equipped gymnasium, with cardiovascular machines, resistance equipment & free weights, 13 metre swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and large patio area. Open from 6.30 am until 10.00 pm.

Pets

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in the hotel with the exception of assistance dogs.

Restaurant

The Concorde Restaurant serves breakfast lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Breakfast is £13.95 for full English breakfast. The restaurant offers a carvery lunch and dinner at the weekends from as little as £10.50 for two courses, and diverse Lounge Menu.

Smoking

To comply with regulations smoking is not permitted in the public areas of the hotel and is only permitted in the designated smoking guestrooms we offer.

The hotel caters for just about any special diets, but advance notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available at all times in the lounge, restaurant & room service.
