Below is a little checklist which may be useful or you could download our wedding brochure for a detailed timeline of things you may need to oragnise for your wedding and when!

• Make sure your guests know your ‘itinerary of events’, so that they know when to arrive
• Suggest the nearest airport to fly into if required – Norwich International just a few minutes walk from the hotel
• Provide directions from airport and the main roads to the hotel
• Provide guests with details of the special accommodation rates for your wedding at Holiday Inn Norwich-North, with the contact details for our reservations department (we will discuss rates for your guests when you book your wedding).
• A list of things to do in the area, if your guests are here for a few days – point them in the direction of our ‘Local Area’ section on this website!
