Exams end, fun begins

Prom nights take place in the hotel from local schools. A prom night event is being held at the hotel later in the year and will invite local schools to the event which will feature dresses, suits, cars, etc that all go with prom nights.

Our Lancaster Ballroom is the perfect venue for larger Leavers Balls and Proms.  With amazing state of the art lighting, private red carpet entrance and large dancefloor. 

We can dress your tables and arrange all sorts of events props and activities from Photo booths, Fun Casino Tables, Sports Car Simulators to Flames, Stilt walkers and entertainers.  Or, if you prefer you can arrange yourselves.

For that all important 'Prom' arrival we have a large drop off area right outside The Lancaster Ballroom or main hotel entrance.

Make it a great celebration

Our prom packages includes venue hire, a glass of champagne or 'mocktail', a finger buffet or sit down dinner and a DJ. Even better, we’ll make all the arrangements for you, so all you have to do is find a willing prom partner and get ready to dance the night away.

Or you can even extend your prom to include overnight accommodation, so no one has to worry about driving home or arranging a lift in the small hours.
